5 min Guacamole

  • Ripe Avocados 
  • Onions 
  • Cilantro
  • Tomatoes (canned dice or fresh)
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Garlic powder or paste (optional)
  • Onion powder (optional)



  1. Mash: Take a fork and mash-up avocados. 
  2. Chop it up: Chop up onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos into medium cubes (i like medium but you can chop smaller if you prefer). 
  3.  Keep Chopping: Chop up cilantro roughly (save some for the end garnish). 
  4. Combine: Add chopped up stuff into the mashed up avocados and add the spices (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper). 
  5. Mix: Give it a good shake! 
  6. Garnish: Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.  


Good on toast or with some corn chips!
