Chia Seed Pudding

Makes 3-4 servings

  • 1/2 cup chia seed
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (get the best kind you can)
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • lil bit vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

  • Mix everything together and let sit overnight! Or use an immersion blender if you need it sooner than 8 hours.
  • You can also add more almond milk if you want it to be more viscous.
