Code of Conduct
1 can coconut milk
Cumin, salt, red chili flakes
Extra virgin olive oil
Optional: additional vegetables (I used corn, jalapeno, and 3 small sweet peppers)
Optional: Coconut flakes (add coconut flavor)
Cook the oil in a skillet over medium heat, add in onions and cook until translucent.
Add in additional veggies if using and sprinkle with cumin, salt, red chili flakes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add in kale and sauté until wilty
Serve as side dish or as part of a burrito bowl
