Cornbread Cassarole

  • 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 package of jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream 

Optional
  • Shredded cheese

Combine everything and bake at 400° for 25-30 min
