Creamy tomato pasta

  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • dried onions
  • a gallop of marscapone (or something else to make it creamy)
  • spinich
  • red wine
  • cooked pasta

  1. pan fry chopped garlic for 30 seconds
  2. pour tomato paste, water, and dried onions into the pan and let it simmer for 10 min
  3. turn heat to low and add marscapone, a dash of red wine, and seasoning (i.e red pepper flakes)
  4. then add spinach and cooked pasta and stir until spinach is wilted
  5. serve with parm
