- Iceberg lettuce
- Cucumbers
- Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Chickpeas
- Red Onion
- Feta Cheese
- Lime Juice
- Olive oil
- Parsley (Optional)
- Salt & Pepper (Optional)

Prepare: Wash and prepare vegetables.

Chop: Chop cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, and red onions into small cube-like pieces.

Keep Chopping: Roughly chop the iceberg into wedges.

Mix it up: Mix vegetables in a large bowl.

Season: Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice + give it another good shake.

Toppings: Top it off with feta and parsley and you'll feel like you're in Greece. (Sometimes I put siracha on it and its really good too.)
