Easy Beachy Mediterranean Salad

  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Cucumbers
  • Peppers
  • Tomatoes 
  • Chickpeas 
  • Red Onion
  • Feta Cheese
  • Lime Juice 
  • Olive oil 
  • Parsley (Optional) 
  • Salt & Pepper (Optional) 

  1. Prepare: Wash and prepare vegetables. 
  2. Chop: Chop cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, and red onions into small cube-like pieces. 
  3. Keep Chopping: Roughly chop the iceberg into wedges. 
  4. Mix it up: Mix vegetables in a large bowl. 
  5. Season: Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice + give it another good shake.  
  6. Toppings: Top it off with feta and parsley and you'll feel like you're in Greece. (Sometimes I put siracha on it and its really good too.)

Wine optional but recommended...
