Fennel salad

  • Some fennel
  • Some pecorino
  • Some parmesan 
  • A few olives
  • Some parsley
  • A lemon
  • Some olive oil

It's all very easy: use a mandolin to thinly slice the fennel, pecorino, and parmesan. Next pit a handful or two of olives. Chop the parsley. Mix them all together.

Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juices into the mix.

Add a dash of olive oil.

Serve.
