Flour Tortillas
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
3 tbs olive oil
Preparation
Combine flour and salt, add water and oil.
Knead dough 10-12 times until smooth, roll into a ball, and let rest for 10 minutes
Divide dough into 8 or 16 portions (or whatever number you want), depending on if you want small or large tortillas.
Roll out each portion into a thin circle
Grease skillet with a little bit of oil or butter, cook tortillas until they bubble and brown, about 1 minute on each side.
