A bit of oyster sauce
A bit of sesame oil
A bit more of soy sauce
Preparation
In an oiled pan, fry the onion and garlic. Then throw in the egg and scramble.
Throw in the rice, cabbage, protein, and sauce. Stir.
Throw in bean sprouts and scallions. Stir. Done.
Notes
This is just a sign to put oyster sauce in your fried rice
