Fried Rice

  • Old rice
  • Egg
  • Scallions
  • Choice of protein
  • Prepped cabbage
  • Bean spouts
  • Garlic
  • Onion

  • A bit of oyster sauce
  • A bit of sesame oil
  • A bit more of soy sauce

  • In an oiled pan, fry the onion and garlic. Then throw in the egg and scramble.
  • Throw in the rice, cabbage, protein, and sauce. Stir.
  • Throw in bean sprouts and scallions. Stir. Done.
