  • 120g fresh raw fish 
  • 3/4 cup coconut vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 small piece silinglabayo/bird's eye chilli, chopped 
  • 2 tbsps pomelo, cubed or shredded? 
  • 1 tspn salted black beans/fansi 
  • 1/2 piece cut lime 
  • 5 slices sweet potato, boiled/roasted/dehydrated/crispy (?)
  • 1/4 medium red onion, julienne
