Plantains

  1. 1-2 ripe plantains (they'll have brown spots)
  2. Olive oil or butter

  1. Peel and cut the plantains into slices
  2. Heat oil/butter on pan
  3. Cook plantains until golden brown on both sides
  4. Remove from heat and hug in paper towel to remove excess oil
  5. They're good to go as is, or you can add cinnamon or salt
  6. Enjoy
