Shishito Peppers

  1. Shishito peppers
  2. Red chili flakes, course salt, pepper
  3. Extra virgin olive oil
  4. Lime

  1. Wash the peppers
  2. Heat the oil in a pan
  3. Cook the peppers until they blister
  4. Mix in chili flakes, course salt, pepper
  5. Squeeze lime juice into the pot at the end
  6. Serve!
