- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Scoop the cookie dough and line them on a baking sheet, flattening them a bit. I got 8-9 cookies.
- Bake for about 12 minutes.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
