Young Potatoes

  • Bag of baby potatoes
  • EVOO
  • Salt

  1. Peel the baby potatoes
  2. Heat oil in large pot
  3. Drop potatoes in pot and cook until golden brown.
  4. Remove potatoes from pot and place them in a bowl lined with paper towels. Hug them to remove the excess oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Serve with a side of feta cheese and a salad.
