Berry Sauce

  • Berries
  • Lemon
  • Tiny amount of brown sugar
  • A little water

  1. Wash the berries and then put them in a pot with a splash of water, squeeze of lemon juice, and brown sugar.
  2. Cook until berries fall apart and turn saucey (about 10 min or so)
  3. Cook uncovered a little longer to make a bit thicker.
  4. Put in fridge and serve cold with pancakes, crepes, or french toast
