Burrito Bowl

  • Coconut kale
  • Bean mash
  • Cooked brown rice
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Tomatoes
  • Optional: avocado
  • Optional: shredded cheddar cheese

  • Assemble the bowls: bean mash, brown rice, coconut kale.
  • Add cilantro, lime and chopped tomatoes at end.
  • If using: add avocado half and shredded cheese
  • Serve hot or cold
